Remote help starts at $99, and on-site tech help is $135/hr. A service plan from $19.99/month adds priority appointments and member discounts.
What does business IT support cost?
Remote support starts at $99. On-site IT support and networking visits are $149/hr. Office projects start with a free virtual estimate.
How do I get a price for a bigger project?
Start with a free virtual estimate. If we need to see the space, a quote is done with an on-site visit ($135 for homes, $149 for businesses), credited toward the job if you approve the quote.
Can you mount a TV over the fireplace?
Yes. TV mounting starts at $99; over-the-fireplace, brick and stone mounting and hiding the wires in the wall are add-ons you pick when you book.
Do you work with businesses?

Can you set up computers for new employees?
Yes. New-hire computers set up and signed in, plus printers and shared devices connected. Book on-site IT support, or start with a free virtual estimate for several workstations.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Our work comes with a 30-day labor warranty: if something isn’t right because of our work, we’ll come back and fix it.
