How do I book?
Book online any time, or call (615) 645-3473 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM).
How much do your services cost?
Starting prices are on our Services page. For example: remote tech help from $99, on-site tech help $135/hr, TV mounting from $99 for the first TV ($79 each additional), whole-home Wi-Fi from $135, and video doorbells or cameras from $135 for the first device. Bigger projects start with a free virtual estimate.
How much does business IT support cost?
Remote support starts at $99. On-site IT support and networking visits are $149/hr. Office Wi-Fi, cabling, displays, cameras and build-outs start with a free virtual estimate. See business services.
What’s the difference between a free virtual estimate and a quote?
For a free virtual estimate, you tell us about the project when you book or call, and if we can price it from that, there’s no charge. If we need to see the space, a quote is done with an on-site visit ($135 for homes, $149 for businesses), and that visit is credited toward the job if you approve the quote.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Many computer and device problems can be fixed over a secure remote session, starting at $99. Call (615) 645-3473 to set one up.
Can you mount a TV over a fireplace or on brick or stone?
Yes. Over-the-fireplace mounting, brick and stone, and hiding the wires in the wall are add-ons you pick when you book TV mounting.
Can you fix Wi-Fi that drops in some rooms?
Yes. A networking visit ($135/hr) finds the dead zones and the cause, and whole-home Wi-Fi starts at $135. If you need new Wi-Fi equipment, it’s priced separately and you approve it first. For a wired connection to the TV or office, see hard-wired Ethernet.
Can you fix our office Wi-Fi or network?
Yes. A networking visit ($149/hr) finds what’s slowing the office down. Bigger fixes, like ceiling access points, new network drops, a rack cleanup or a firewall, start with a free virtual estimate.
Can you set up computers for new employees?
Yes. We set up new-hire computers so they’re signed in and ready on day one, and connect printers and shared devices. Book on-site IT support, or start with a free virtual estimate for several workstations.
Do you mount displays in offices and conference rooms?
Yes. We mount displays in conference rooms, break rooms and lobbies and set up video-call cameras and sound. Start with a free virtual estimate.
Can I use my own TV mount or camera?
Yes. You can supply your own TV mount, doorbell or camera, or we can provide them. Let us know when you book.
Do you install doorbells, cameras and smart home devices?
Yes. Video doorbells and cameras start at $135 for the first device and $99 for each additional one, set up in the app with you. For smart locks, thermostats, lighting and alarms, book a free estimate and we’ll plan it with you. See Cameras, Doorbells & Smart Home.
Do you install security cameras and door access?
Yes. Surveillance cameras, door entry and keycard systems are planned with you, starting with a free estimate. See Security Cameras & Access Control.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Our work comes with a 30-day labor warranty: if something isn’t right because of our work, we’ll come back and fix it.
Which areas do you serve?
Nashville, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, College Grove, Antioch, La Vergne, Smyrna, Murfreesboro and Lebanon. See our service area. Trips of 50 miles or more have a $35 travel charge.
Do you work with businesses?

What do your service plans include?
